NIELS

Niels is the driving force behind LISCO, having established the company in 2012 and currently serving as its Managing Director. He specializes in offering advisory services to global corporations in the Life Sciences industry.

With his comprehensive market insight, Niels is dedicated to recruiting top talent for his clients. As an Interim Manager, he helps bridge management gaps and tackles complex business challenges, including the development and implementation of HR strategy, performance enhancement and cost savings, and the management and integration of organizational change and culture. Prior to starting LISCO, Niels worked with D-Level, a reputable executive search firm for the digital economy. He has a keen interest in transformative forces shaping the industry. Niels holds a PhD in International Relations and has a background in Political Science.
